Many of the spice blends that they sell are products of their 15+ years in the trenches of food service.  The spice blends of Rachel's Spice and Tea Co each have their own personality.  Clucky #18 is not only our mascot but also the first big spice flex with 18 amazing ingredients and Captain Hank is our robust fisherman that loves tartar sauce as much as he loves the fish he puts it on. In 2021 Loaded Salt and Pepper caught the eye of national celebrity Rachael Ray.
